How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel any time at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting your Cornerstaff account does not cancel the Apple subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: support.apple.com/118223.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Open Cornerstaff › Settings › Restore Purchases.

An AI coach said something wrong, unsafe or inappropriate.

Email us with the date and time and what the coach said. AI coaches can make mistakes and do not replace professional advice.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email support@cornerstaff.com from the address on your account and tell us what you want deleted. We will reply with next steps.
